GP Graders’ latest release grading software classifies fruit according to any combination of colour, quality, diameter, length, curvature, diameter percentage and of course, weight.
The newly released grading software operates on a Windows® XP platform and includes the most advanced grading features available in the world today. Intelligent and easy to use software coupled with high performance machinery and superior Smart Cup® design provides precision grading. Individual examination of each fruit using the world’s leading technology guarantees your most particular grading criteria are met.
The development objective of the software was not just to provide all the features of existing grading methods but to introduce a range of additional functions catered to distinguish your fruit from the competition.
Highly intelligent and leading edge technology need not be difficult to use. The software has specifically been designed with this in mind. Despite the sophistication of the underlying program the system is deceptively simple to operate. A range of pre-set fruit variety characteristics and default settings have already been included. This means most of the programming work has already been done for you. All that is required are basic adjustments of the grading parameters.
Of course, our latest release software also includes a management reporting option allowing you to produce your own accurate packhouse accounting data and statistics.
