Fruit is weighed over a 5kg aluminium load cell. Our digital weighing system ensures consistent accuracy with extremely low variance. Digital signal processing eliminates data corruption from vibrating machinery and a continuous self-tarring mechanism dynamically measures weights for each empty cup allowing for temperature and empty cup weight variations.
